12.5.23, 1:54 pm: In my opinion regarding LOT 718: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top exhibits typical minor edge chipping, including to the unfinished back edge, as well as inherent natural inclusions and fissures, the mounted bronze under the bottom drawer is unassociated and was installed upside down, and there are varied ring pulls, the drawers currently operate smoothly, and there is residual paint on the edges of most of the metal hardware, the entirety of the paint appears to be later-added (not original to production of the commode), and there is typical surface wear, including to the marble, such as abrasions, scuffs, and paint loss/wear<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
