3.19.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 717- The structure is sturdy, the marble top has a rough back edge with some typical chipping noted to back and edges, I further observe some dirt, discoloration and general light wear, there is a small stable hairline at center marble, darwers all slide appropriately, case is intact with some general light abrasions, wood wear, tonal variation and small nicks, all commensurate with age and use, see images, drawer slide well, I am unable to fully view side panels, please refer to online images.
