1.22.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3486—the structure is in sturdy, stable condition, the top has been repaired at the rear right corner and there is a slim repair at the rear left corner, restorations appear to have been professionally done as they are difficult to discern without the use of UV lighting, however, I am unsure, see images, I further note some tape residue that could be easily cleaned, typical minute roughness and chipping along the edges, the wood case is intact overall, showing some stable old splits, scattered small veneer losses, wood wear, and light nicks along the edges, the drawers slide well and interiors are mostly clean with some light spotting and wear, all as commensurate with age and use
