10.8.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3511-The table is in sturdy condition, the marble top exhibits some small typical abrasions/chips along edges and back, as described it is intact with a repair at left back corner, this is mainly only visible from the back and hard to photograph, see image, metal trim is patinated, but present throughout, wood frame shows only light wear with some tonal variation, minor spotting and slight nicks, the single drawer operates smoothly and is clean on the interior
