10.27.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3456- the console stands sturdy and the drawer slides smoothly, the structure exhibits age throughout, the marble top is overall intact with the front right edge likely ground and polished, appearing slightly uneven and showing scattered abrasions, a small chip to the front, and typical minor roughness with small edge chipping, the top further displays natural tonal variation and faint imperfections that would likely benefit from a professional polishing, the case presents with several minor reattachments to the metal inlay and scattered small losses to the stringing throughout, the wood exhibits small nicks, light surface wear, and other imperfections all consistent with age and use, the drawer slides well and the interior liner appears removable, the bottom remains secure though the interior is slightly musty, overall the table exhibits wear with age and use
