06/29/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3223- the structure remains stable and sturdy, the marble top is overall intact with typical minute edge chipping, light scattered abrasions, mostly noted at the center and left side, see images, along with slight discoloration, dirt, and sticker residue, the latter appearing easily removable, the marble would benefit from a thorough cleaning, the case exhibits attractive figuring with slight tonal variation, minor rubs, nicks, light blemishes, and scattered wear to the lacquer, I note a nick/small wood loss at the back edge of the proper right end panel, see image, there is wear along the lower edge of cabinet from contact with the cabinet doors, the rear proper right foot is lacking its decorative metal collar, the remaining metal mounts retain an aged patina with expected mellowing and spotting, the cabinet doors and drawers operate smoothly, the fitted interior shelves show only light surface wear, all mentioned minor and commensurate with vintage age, display, handling, and use
