02.09.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3141- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is intact and free of major loss or restoration, there are a few typical small edge chips along top and bottom, roughness, light abrasions, and minor spotting, the case is largely clean, exhibiting only light wood wear, minor rubs, nicks, and tonal variation, please refer to online images for a view of the right side panel, as I am unable to access it, the drawers slide well and interiors are clean with only minor spotting/wear observed, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
