1.13.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3517-The structure stands sturdy, the marble top is intact with some spotting and general light wear, gallery and metal shows patination, the wood case displays scattered nicks, some finish loss, particularly at lower the edges, and light tonal variation,  drawers slide well, interior drawers have some spotting and dirt, the whole would likely benefit from a good cleaning and waxing
