3.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3122- the structure is in overall sturdy condition, the slim form is unusual, marble top displays only some typical scattered minute roughness/chipping mostly concentrated to edges and back, I further note some slight discoloration and spotting to left side, see images, the case exhibits only light, minimal wood wear, particularly noted near handles, and protruding center trim, all minor, I am unable to fully view side panels, please refer to online images drawer slide well and interiors are largely clean, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
