CR 8.20.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3418: I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the finish being overall well-retained and rich, marble top with sparse typical minor edge chips, and all drawers operate smoothly with overall well-kept/ clean interiors, the right side panel is intact with minor filled reinforcement, and the metal banding is securely mounted, displaying patination, I observe typical minor surface wear such as minor nicks and chips, including a few small spots of filled concealment, please refer to attached images
