9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3113- the commode stands sturdy and structurally sound, the gray marble top is intact with typical minor chips and roughness along edges, there is very light discoloration and surface wear including a concentrated area of scratches/abrasions to the top surface near the center as pictured,  the wooden case shows normal tonal variation with light wear including small nicks, rubs and minor losses, very minor evidence of inactive woodworm, metal shows patination and spotting, the drawers operate smoothly with interiors having some staining and dirt/dust, the side panels are partially obstructed so please refer to the online images, all mentioned commensurate with age, origin and use
