9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3128: I note that the commode stands sturdy, with smoothy operating drawers retaining overall well-kept/ clean interiors, the marble top with some typical minor edge chipping, and light staining/ discoloration commensurate with use, metal banding remaining securely mounted and having light patination, there is a sparse amount of typical minor surface wear such as small nicks and abrasions commensurate with age and use, please see attached images for reference
