11.24.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3461- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is intact displaying some typical minute roughness/chipping along the molded edge and back, some small abrasions at back edge, and light spotting, with some faint yellowish discoloration to left center, the case is largely clean showing some minor nicks, rubs, and light abrasions, drawers slide well and show only light wear, overall mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
