03/16/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1208- the commode is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is overall intact with nice veining, there are some typical minor blemishes, minute roughness/chipping and small abrasions along edges, the top would benefit from a cleaning as I note sticker residue and some dirt/grime in molded edge, the case is overall clean exhibiting tonal variation, minute edge nicks, rubs and  and light wear, drawers operate smoothly, the bottom drawer would likely benefit from a good waxing as to facilitate even smoother movement, metal liner is patinated, and shows minor light denting to drawer trim, all  mentioned commensurate with age and use
