08/11/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3134 – the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with some typical chipping along the edges, filled restoration and reinforcement, mostly noted along the edges, see images, surface wear and some spotting/discoloration, the case exhibits a warm and tonal patina with some variation to the finish, surface wear, rubs, small nicks and minor wood wear, drawer and door tops show typical wear consistent with use, they operate smoothly, interiors show surface wear and some staining, cabinet shelving is stable, end cabinets are covered in red paper, I have not examined under the paper, metal is intact with expected patination and some spotting, overall the cabinet shows wear commensurate with age, and utilitarian use
