10.24.24-I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top having inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as some sparse, minute flea bites to edges of marble top, mostly along unfinished back edge, which are typical, the case having inherent tonal variation, due in part to light sun fading, I observe reinforcements at some drawer corners and trim (see images), drawers currently operate smoothly, and there is patination of the metal banding and pulls, there is a minute amount of typical light surface wear such as minor nicks and abrasions commensurate with use
