02.07.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1597: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top exhibits inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as some sparse minute chipping to the edges, and a yellow colored stain running vertically through the central region of the marble, the central cabinet door lock plate appears to be jammed, while the other cabinet doors open smoothly and close securely, I note a minor fill to the trim at the rounded upper edge of the right side cabinet, there is patination of mounted metal elements, and the mirror back of the bar cabinet has minor silver loss, bottle racks appear sturdy, and I observe minor surface wear concentrated to the lower edge of the sideboard such as light abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
