3.8.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1278-The structure is sturdy, the marble top is intact with only some minute typical, very small chips, and light abrasions, it would likely benefit from a polishing, the case is an overall sturdy condition, with some finish wear, small nicks, rubs, and tonal variation to the wood, there is wear at the left door bottom from opening and closing, metal shows overall spotting and patination and light wear, interior shelving shows light surface wear, doors are a bit tight, but operate correctly, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
