French Louis XVI style mahogany sideboard, early 20th c., shaped marble top over a conforming case, fitted with three drawers with divided interiors, four cabinet doors, interior shelves, on tapered legs, approx 39.5"h, 92"l, 20.75"w
01.16.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3328: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top having inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as typical chipping to edges commensurate with use, mostly to unfinished back edge from contact against a wall, the drawers currently operating smoothly, the interior being overall well-kept/ clean, I observe patination of the metal elements, and separation at the side paneling, some having filled reinforcement, the cabinet door paneling having splits extending horizontally, and I observe typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions, small chipped veneer losses, some having filled concealment, and minor nicks, this light wear is typical and commensurate with age and use
