6.6.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3421-The structure is in sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with some typical scattered small chips/roughness, primarily concentrated along edge, I further note some slight abrasions, spotting and minor discoloration, the top would likely benefit from a gentle cleaning, the case is largely clean exhibiting tonal variation, light abrasions and small nicks and minor wear, metal trim is present with some spotting, tonal variation and patination, drawers slide smoothly and doors operate correctly, interiors show little wear/staining, interior adjustable shelving is present, side panels are intact with one having two minute, very small gouges, all mentioned very minor and commensurate with the age and use of the sideboard
