12.1.25- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3324-the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is overall intact with only some minute small spotting, abrasions, and typical roughness along edge, the top is largely clean, with only some finish loss/rubs noted along right top edge, see image, a few nicks, abrasions and tonal variation, the right side curved panel may be a bit sun faded, metal is present and intact with some mellowing and patination, doors operate smoothly and interiors are largely clean, the center cabinet section is lacking one small shelf support, they are metal and likely easily replaced, overall mentioned commensurate with the vintage age and use of the cabinet
