08/11/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2230 - the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, as described, the marble top is intact with yellowing to the sealant, please see your requested image, I further note some abrasions, imperfections with use, there is a shallow chips to front right corner and wear to edges with some small areas of lifting to sealant, the case is well figured displaying a rich and tonal patina, the coloration varies throughout, I have taken numerous images for your review as the color varies, the case is largely clean showing expected small areas of wood wear, minor losses, nicks/dings, and surface wear, particularly noted along door tops and bottoms, drawers and doors open smoothly, there are remnants of a fabric liner to drawers and cabinet, it is in worn condition with a slight musty odor, drawers retain some dirt and debris, it would likely benefit from being removed/replaced, inner shelving is secure with some ring stains, marks and wear, glass shelf is free of noted chips or cracks, metal mounts are present with some tarnish, spotting and minor dings, all commensurate with vintage age (mid/late 20thc.) and utilitarian use of the piece
