08/11/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT:  - 3141- the marble top exhibits typical consistent small nicks/minute chips along the molded upper and lower edges, some overall imperfections, spotting and discoloration throughout, as well as surface wear, the cabinet is in stable and sturdy structural condition with a warm patina, exhibiting tonal variation throughout, light finish wear, minor nicks, marks and rubs, the lower left side has a abrasion at the bottom with a small loss to the finish, see image, please refer to online photos for a views of the right side panel, as I am unable to access it, drawers and cabinet doors open smoothly, with both interiors showing some light dirt, staining, and wear, particularly noted the left cabinet, shelving is stable, metal shows expected patination and minor denting, commensurate with age, display an utilitarian use
