10/20/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 3111: I note that the sideboard is structurally sturdy, the marble top having typical minute edge chipping, which is overall sparse, I do not currently observe hairlines/ fractures, the drawers operate smoothly, two of which are lined at the interior in a felt-like fabric with various flatware fittings, one of the drawers is lacking most of the fittings with visible wood base (see image),  the cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, the outer doors with a tendency to open/ not sit flush when unlocked, interior shelving appears sturdy, the metal trim remains securely mounted throughout, displaying typical patination and mellowing, I observe typical minor surface wear such as a few small nicks and abrasions commensurate with age and use
