12.1.25- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3114- the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top exhibits typical minute roughness and a few small chips along edge (one at left side and one at back, see images), and a few scattered light abrasions, the case is large, clean with inlays remaining well defined and intact, I note only some minor nicks, rubs, wear and tonal variation, please refer to online images for best views of the interior as due to gallery location I cannot fully access to photo, the interior shows little wear, drawers slide well, metal is present with some patination and spotting, overall all  mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
