08.13.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 3107: I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the marble top is free from observed restorations or hairlines/ fractures, with typical minor chipping along edges consistent with use, overall the case exhibits some scattered patch and fill repairs, mostly occurring along trim between drawers and segments of parquetry, the side panels exhibit stable separation with filled reinforcement, the veneer overall having scattered minor splits, and areas of slight finish tonal variation, there is minute evidence of old woodworm consistent with origin, and I observe typical minor surface wear such as aforementioned chipping, as well as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use
