1.1.24-In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1618- The structure is sturdy and doors and doors operate smoothly, the marble top has a small chip noted at back right corner, and another noted under left front corner to underside, there is some typical small and minute chipping along the molded edge and back, and light surface wear with some spotting to marble top, it would likely benefit from a cleaning, the case shows some tonal variation, spotting, rubs, and light wood wear as commensurate with use, there is a visible seam or split at left side panel. I am unable to view right side panel, please refer to online images, interior drawer show some spotting and wear, interior lower cabinets are lined in a red material, I am unable to view surfaces below, the single cabinet and is lacking a shelf, however, there are supports in the drawer, all mentioned commensurate with age and use, key operates locks
