03.18.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1516: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, including the marble top, which exhibits typical minor chipping to edges, as well as having a star hair line extending from the left side of back edge, the drawers and cabinet doors open smoothly, the door on the left hand side protrudes slightly outside of frame/ does not close securely when unlocked, the interior shelves are unfinished, I observe patination of the metal banding, and minute evidence of old woodworm, there is a minor split to one of the side panels, and light water spotting at the legs and lower quadrant of the case, as well as typical light surface wear such as minor abrasions and scuffs commensurate with use
