06.24.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4114:  I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top displays inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as having typical minor chipping, mostly to the unfinished back edge, and some scattered minor chips scattered throughout and appearing as small black spots, the drawers currently operate smoothly, and the central drawer has a minor veneer chip to the lower right corner, cabinet doors close securely and each has a minor filled split, the bottom paneling of cabinets having minor splits, I observe patination of metal elements, and typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use
