11.24.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3129- the commode is an overall sturdy and stable condition, the marble top shows some general discoloration throughout, small abrasions to back at center marble, and typical light and minor roughness/chips along molded and rear edges, the case is largely clean, with tonal variation, light nicks and rubs, there is an old (patinated/colored) gouge on lower left side panel at back, see image, scattered evidence of old wood worm, metal trim is patinated and with some small dents, all commensurate with origin, age and use
