02.09.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2136: I note that the sideboard stands sturdy and appears structurally secure throughout, the marble top is free from observed hairlines/ fractures, with sparse typical minor chipping at the edges, the veneer is overall well-preserved and I do not observe notable losses beyond sparse, typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use, felt lining of the drawers remains secure and well-kept/ clean, doors remain tight on hinges and interior shelving appears sturdy, the mirrored bar cabinet with a couple minute fleabite chips at the corners associated with inherent contact/ rubbing against the shelf supports or interior of the cabinet, metal elements exhibit light tonal variations of mellowing and patination, remaining securely mounted throughout
