CR 5.1.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4443-The structure is in sturdy condition and shows wear commensurate with age and use, the thick marble top displays some slight overall discoloration, typical small chips along top and bottom, there is a slightly larger chip at the right side, see image, top also displays some surface wear and rings, it would benefit from being polished, see images, the wood case displays tonal variation, some small areas of wood wear, light nicks, spotting and some minor abrasions, the central left door appears to have had a natural wood knot or some imperfection that has now been reinforced with fill as pictured, see image, drawers and doors function smoothly, drawers are lined to the interior in fabric, they would benefit from a good cleaning, shelving (slight wear, ring spotting) is not currently installed however does come with the brackets and was installed at the time of photography, please see images, metal mounts are present with only some minor patination/spotting, typical small dings and light wear, I am unable to view side panels due to gallery placement, please refer to the online images
