10.24.24-I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top having typical minor chipping to edges, mostly contained to unfinished back edge, as well as having inherent natural inclusions, with areas of light staining/ discoloration including water rings, all drawers currently operating smoothly, the top and lower drawer having typical minor splits along the veneer grain, the top drawer also having a few minor fills, the side panels with typical minor splits extending from lower edge, and light spotting, there is minute typical surface wear such as much abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use
