CR 3.20.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2256-The couch is an overall sturdy condition and sits comfortably, upholstery is intact with no apparent, rips or tears, I note only some slight scattered picks, mainly along the bottom seat edge trim, and some general slight spotting, minor dirt and some light discoloration, wood frame shows some light wood wear, nicks, and small losses, there is a small possible repair at back of crest rail (glue repair to small piece of wood?), see image, all mentioned very minor and commensurate with use, no major loss observed
