1.19.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3300-Please pardon my images, the gallery is quite full with furniture and cramped, the structure is sturdy, back and seat padding is firm, I note a very slight indention to pad at lower back edge, and sit well, I do not see any apparent puckering, I do note some slight discoloration/a few spots, trim shows light picks, the frame shows only some minor typical minor touchups to paint, light rubs, some small nicks (edges), and minor evidence of old woodworm scattered about, all mentioned very minor and as commensurate with age and origin
