05-26-2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3098- please refer to online images for full and best views, the sofa is an overall sturdy condition and sits comfortably, it seems to retain original/old springs and filling, while upholstery is overall intact, I note some tears and threadbare areas, mostly to front seat edge and arm rests, there is some overall light dirt and discoloration, the frame is stable with typical nicks, small losses, including one to the right side of the bow at center crest, tonal variation, rubs and mellowing to finish, all commensurate with age and use
