9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1134- the commode is structurally sound and stands sturdy, the top displays a small gouge at front center along with scattered fine surface lines that are overall minor and most visible under direct lighting, the case is largely clean with some small nicks, light rubs, and tonal variation to the finish, side panels exhibit stable tight seams as constructed, all drawers slide well with the uppermost showing a stable separation to the bottom panel, interiors present with some mustiness and could benefit from airing, all wear and imperfections are minor and commensurate with age and use, please refer to photos for close views of the top surface and case details
