04.15.25: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, overall having tonal variations associated with sun fading, light staining/ discoloration, and rubs to the finish commensurate with age and use, most notably on the top, which also exhibits a few light water rings, and panel separation with filled and patched reinforcement, both side panels intact with central separation, I observe minor evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, the drawers operating smoothly with generally well-kept/ clean interiors, and there is minor surface wear such as scattered light abrasions, nicks, and small chips and stable splits with filled concealment
