03.13.25: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2253-As described this commode is 18th century, it is intact with an exhibits age, wear and restorations as commensurate with its origin and use, the top is stable and intact with some gapping at planks, some filled and wood patched repairs, imperfections, old repair to front right corner, the drawers slide well, however, would likely benefit from a good waxing to facilitate smoother movement, as the center drawer is lacking the escutcheon, there is a stable split, interior drawer bottoms are stable with some losses and wear, the top drawer has likely been restored, the second drawer has a small hole to bottom panel at front right corner, I am unable to view the right side panel please refer to online images, as described the commode exhibits age, wear and some restorations as commensurate with its age and origin
