03/16/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT:  1210- the structure is in overall and sturdy and stable condition, the case exhibits scattered small wood losses, abrasions, imperfections and evidence of old woodworm inline with origin, the mirror plate is free of noted chips or cracks, there is some scattered spotting and hazing, it is light and difficult to photo, it would benefit from a thorough cleaning, the mirror frame has small wood loss along the edge, see image, the marble appears overall intact with typical minute scattered roughness/chips, some discoloration and spotting, it is in need of polishing, drawer slide well in lower case, interiors show some spotting/staining, the case exhibits rubs, small nicks and minor wood wear/losses, spotting/discoloration, and further evidence of old woodworm, all mentioned commensurate with origin, age and use
