CR 3.24.25-In my opinion regarding: LOT 1337: I note that the table is presently intact and stands sturdy, the cast iron base appearing secure at all joinery points, with an overall well-preserved black-painted finish, which has a sparse amount of typical flaked losses commensurate with age and use, as well as having light patination and spotting, the marble top with inherent natural inclusions and veins, having a light build-up of surface dirt and grim and scattered minor staining commensurate with outdoor use, I observe a minute shallow chip/ nick to the edge of one side (see image), close visual examination is otherwise unremarkable, marble is currently free from observed restoration or fractures/ hairlines
