9.4.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1241-The structure is an overall sturdy condition, due to gallery placement. I am unable to fully view the sides please refer to online images, the top as described is intact with restoration/hairline back left corner, see images, I further note some typical minute chipping/roughness along edges, and light abrasions, as well as natural characteristics to the stone, the wood case is overall in clean good condition with minimal nicks, light wear and tonal variation, there is some slight lifting to inlaid metal string work, the third drawer down is lacking part of the metal lock escutcheon, the drop front operates smoothly, leather is worn, three interior drawers slide well, all mentioned minimal and commensurate with age and use
