09/24/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2201- the bench is in stable condition, the wood frame displays some typical small nicks, abrasions, and minute wood chips/losses, mostly to protruding elements, upholstery is intact with tonal variation, slight discoloration, minor in picks and general light wear, I do not observe rips or tears, upholstery would likely benefit from a good cleaning as there appears to be a dust layer, overall the bench present well with typical light age related wear
