2.10.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1185- please refer to online images for most complete and best views as due to gallery location, and the highly reflective nature of the case the piece is difficult to photograph, the lacquer remains overall well retained, I do note some light spotting on the top surface at center and left edges, this is very minor see images, there is slight wear from the drawers rubbing along the support bar, some minor nicks to case, doors and drawers all open smoothly, the lazy Susan is intact, metal liner shows some bending, shelving are all secure, metal supports on front legs exhibit patination, wear to finish, and some pitting, overall mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use, as described the front right leg intact with reinforcement to veneer, see image, the back right leg intact with split extending from doweled joinery, both appear stable at this time
