09/24/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 1139: I note that the sideboard stands sturdy, the cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, and the interiors appear overall well-kept/ clean, interior shelving appears sturdy, the silver-toned metal escutcheon and leg caps having patination and spotting, the corner posts of the front of case with tonal variations associated with faded discoloration or a flaw to the finish (see images), the sideboard overall having typical minor surface wear such as small chips, mostly appear along the front edge of top and edges of the frontal corner posts commensurate with age and use
