07.01.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1254: Please refer to online images for the highest quality images of the sideboard, as the inherent reflective nature of the lacquer causes a glare in some attached images, as described the top of case and proper right corner post exhibit small gouges to the lacquered finish (see images), I not that all cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, the interior shelving and drawers with some areas of old adhesive residue that would benefit from a thorough cleaning, the gilt-metal bottle rack at the interior of bar cabinet and hardware having typical light patination, the glass shelves are free from observed hairlines/ fractures, with typical minor chipping/ fleabites at the edges and corners commensurate with use and inherent contact/ rubs against cabinet interior and shelf supports, I observe typical minor surface wear in addition to the aforementioned gouges such as light abrasions and small nicks commensurate with age and use
