CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1192- the sideboard is in sturdy and stable condition, I note only a few typical small blemishes, nicks, and light surface wear to top, edges and case, metal escutcheons and accents are with some spotting and surface wear, there is light paint splatter to one, there is light wire along bottom rail from doors opening, interiors are mostly clean with some light blemishes and wear, drawers slide well and retain a worn liner, interior left cabinet has tabs to hold a shelf, but there is not one present at this time, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
