10.24.24-I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the top and front of case having light water spotting that would likely resolve from a thorough cleaning, there are scattered minor chips to the veneer and lacquer finish along edges, particularly along edges of top, edges of cabinetry, and the lower edge of case (see images), some of these veneer chips have a black colored concealment/ restoration, including one at the front left-hand corner of top (see images), cabinetry currently operates smoothly, the interior shelving appearing sturdy, with patination/ oxidation of the metal hardware, there is minor typical surface wear such as light abrasions, scuffs, nicks, and small chips, all commensurate with age and use
