9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1089—the cabinet stands sturdy and structurally sound, the top and case show small imperfections including two minute raised areas on the right side, laminated surfaces and trim display scattered light rubs and minor wear, doors and drawers operate smoothly, interior drawers and compartments show only light wear and staining, the left side compartment floor shows surface wear and minor gouging from the sliding door which is consistent with use and not visible when closed, central glass doors are intact and slide well, the interior mirror exhibits minute silver loss along the bottom edge, the black metal base shows oxidation spotting and finish wear, please refer to the online images for full views of the sides which I was unable to fully access, all observed wear is minor and commensurate with age and use
