03.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 105: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, please note that the central front leg is removable and serves as extra support, all cabinet doors and the interior drawers operate smoothly and close securely, including the drop front, the bar cabinet shelf appears sturdy and secure, there is patination of metal elements, the cabinet interiors are well-preserved, and I observe a few minor chips to the varnish/ sealant contained to the corners, as well as light typical surface wear such as minor abrasions and finish loss to top panel, and minor scuffs to legs commensurate with age and use
